Baked potato oven Tudor

The oven for potatoes Tudor, with its attractive, elegant classical English-style shape, lacquered with a choice of colours and gloss brass finishes and stainless steel interior, is able of reaching 320°C. It has a steamtight cooking chamber and is ideal for baked (jacket) potatoes, typical of Northern Europe.
The internal ventilation (transmission of heat by convection) also allows it to cook pastry perfectly, especially croissants, even if they're frozen.
Eurochef also produces heated and refrigerated display cabinets in the same Tudor style.
